The focus is very individual. Because the exercise secures a lot of movement and different strokes, seen from a point of safety. ============================================================================== DESCRIPTION This is a great exercise for warm up. It secures plenty of movement aswell as safety. You have to follow the strokes in a specific order: Lift, Clear, Clear, Drop, net-drop, lift… at all times. The exercise is easy to adjust • The phase • Amount of strokes • Smash instead of drop Feeding: 1 shuttle, both players feeds each other at the same time. Repeats: Do this for 2-5 minutes. Then propably build the exercise up for more advanced versions.
