I want to preface that this is definitely my ideal morning routine as it happens three or four times a week, realistically a lot of times things go off-course. But I do like to share and I talk about this a lot in my prenatal course that your baby or your toddles shares your aura, your electromagnetic field, for the first three years of his/her life so it s incredibly important to set up your own energy at the beginning of the day to practice self-care. Your morning is the most powerful time to set your energy and mood for the rest of the day whether you have kids or not. So in this video I m going to be sharing the tips, tricks and products that I ve used to really hack my morning routine in the hopes that some of this can be helpful to you as well!
