3 Stretches that will dramatically improve your full body flexibility when practiced a few times a week. The only 3 stretches you need routine should take about 9 minutes and will be a catalyst in improving your mobility. While maintaining a well rounded yoga practice is vital for our strength and mobility, adding a few key stretches to our routine can dramatically improve our overall flexibility. I ve been experimenting with this in my own practice and have noticed pretty impressive improvements in my flexibility in just a short amount of time.
