I thought I d take you through my own personal flexibility yoga practice. This is the style of yoga and the types of poses I tend to do the most at home. This is a 30 minute slow flow vinyasa yoga class that will open up your hips and hamstrings and help you tune in to your body and relax. This is an intermediate yoga class and I m not using any props but if you have blocks, keep them close as they can make some poses more comfortable. The key is to breathe deeply and pay attention to your internal dialogue as you move in and out of these yoga poses. Some are more challenging than others but they all require our attention and they all have something to teach us about ourselves.
