Guests are welcomed by an intimate foyer that leads into the sunken great room, which includes both a luxe living room and dining room. In the family room, deep teal blue grasscloth walls are a bold backdrop to the mid-century modern furnishings, while copper grasscloth walls in the two-storey library feel both cozy and grand. Around the corner is the grey eat-in kitchen, complete with a butler-worthy pantry, a range hood that’s clad in the same opalized grey tiles as the backsplash, and French doors that face the courtyard. A curved banquette and breakfast bar on the island make the space ideal for entertaining.
