Prenatal Morning Yoga | Tim Senesi Yoga
Trained by Prenatal Yoga Expert Anna Delury, Tim Senesi guides a healing and therapeutic 27 minute yoga class. Pre Natal yoga helps to create a healthy body, relaxed mind and helps mothers' to tune into their inner wisdom for pregnancy. They learn to be aware of their feelings and responses, and how to deal with them in a calm and joyful manner through regular practice of Yoga and meditation.
