We ve done a couple of food videos around Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, so this time we re in Sapporo! The broth is authentic, rich and super flavourful! We especially liked the bar-top seating as we got to see the chefs in their element. 00:17 - Chaochao Gyoza With over 20 types of Gyozas to choose from, be prepared to have a gyoza feast! Crispy and savoury, yummmm~ 00:26 - Hanamaru Sushi SUSHI~! Who can say no to that? Both fresh and affordable, we highly recommend this place. We spent only SGD17/pax even after that devouring a large amount of sushi. 00:38 - Kinotoya Bake The baked cheese tart craze might have died down a little in Singapore, but if you re ever in Sapporo, you definitely cannot miss trying one from this stall! 00:47 - Sapporo Beer Garden This place offers different tiers of buffets, so you can choose which one you feel like having. A little on the pricier side, but definitely worth it for that one treat-yoself meal! Our meal came with free flow king and snow crabs, and a popular mutton dish, Jingisukan. 00:57 - Fruitscake Factory So you ve had one baked cheese tart, it s time to indulge in a strawberry tart that has fresh, sweet fruits with a yummy pastry crust! 01:06 - Sapporo Central Wholesale Market (Kitanogurume) We all love our Kaisen Dons, and here, the ingredients are fresh from Sapporo s Wholesale Market! 01:15 - Singapore Style Kopitiam If you re craving some local Singaporean dishes, perhaps you could try here! The decor of the place really looked like a hawker centre in Singapore. They even serve local delicacies like Hainanese Chicken Rice, Fried Hokkien Mee and Satay! 01:35 - Shiroi Koibito Park Here, get to explore the factory grounds of Shiroi Koibito and treat yourself to a yummy ice cream cone flavoured after Japan s very famous white chocolate biscuit! 01:47 - Flair Bar Es Not only do you get to enjoy cocktails, you get to sit back, relax and enjoy Sapporo s only flair bartending show! 02:00 - Suage Soup Curry and Dining Last on our list, but definitely NOT the worst, we have Curry Soup! Pick your own spice level and curry type (they have normal curry and even squid ink curry). Oishi!
