Stretched arms, balance ============================================================================== DESCRIPTION This exercise will practice your ability to move fast while being under maximum pressure. You must return all shuttles to the front court. Each time you hit a shuttle, you must return towards the middle - you have no time to look at the shuttle flying over the net. Make sure to use both arms for balance for improved safety. Feeding: 10-14 shuttles. The feeding must be adjusted to the player. The player must be able to hit minimum 70% of the shuttles. Repeats: 3-4 to make this exercise most efficient. Only 1 times in a row - change after every round.
