There’s a lot going on in this seemingly simple pose so listen carefully. FIX 1 Traditional Ashtanga yoga calls for heel-to-heel alignment, but feel free to take your legs wider left-to-right for more stability. FIX 2 Make sure your front knee is directly over your ankle and as close to 90 degrees bent as you can.
