My Calm Morning Routine ️

What time do you usually wake up? ⏰ My circadian rhythm s been kind of off since I moved to LA 💤 Even though I naturally wake up at 8am, it s hard to fall asleep. Maybe it s because I film/edit in my room so I subconsciously see it as more of a workspace? Idk, but it s always so easy for me to revert to East Coast time when I m visiting Florida or New York 🛌 Weird, huh? This is my typical morning routine for when I have afternoon plans heh 🕺 If I need to be somewhere earlier, I try to wake up an hour earlier so I don t have to sacrifice any steps (even the cartoons)!
