Today's lean legs bootcamp is a killer combo of strength exercises and powerful cardio bursts to build lower body strength and endurance. Using dumbbells for resistance we will push through 3 lean leg circuits that incorporate unilateral exercises with body-weight, plyometric cardio bursts in between.
