"Is It Because Nigel Farage Happens To Be A White Englishman" - Alex Phillips on Coutts Closure

Former Brexit Party MEP and current Reform UK adviser Alex Phillips has criticised the BBC for what she calls "shoddy journalism" for their coverage of the closure of Nigel Farage's Coutts bank account. Ms Phillips also questions why any bank has the right to prevent someone having a bank account, "is it because Nigel Farage happens to be a white Englishman?" She went on to label the situation as "frankly horrifying." She called for the government to intervene because "this is the thin end of the wedge" and expressed worries that people without the platform Nigel Farage has, might not be able to resolve things.
