So get ready for this sweaty and challenging full body HIIT workout. I have integrated some new moves for us. For those exercises, which take a little bit more effort and practice, we will show modified alternatives, which you can also choose. I also went for some push-ups on my knees, when I wasn t able to accomplish any more regular rep.
