Relativity s 3D-printed rocket launches but fails to reach orbit after 2nd stage anomaly

Relativity s Terran 1 rocket launched from Launch Complex 16 in Cape Canaveral, Florida on March 22, 2023. The rocket successfully made it through Max-Q and completed first stage separation but an anomaly with the second stage resulted in failure to reach orbit.
