Sous Vide Battle of the HERBS and TORCH - How to use Searzall
We all know sous vide and herbs are awesome, so I tried to test the best herbs to use with your steak. I cooked 3 Porterhouse steaks using 3 different types of herbs, Thyme, Rosemary and Onion & Garlic. I also decide to take advantage and do a searing battle to see which is the best torch to use with sous vide cooking. We used a baby torch, a larger torch and my favorite the searzal. On this video I also teach you how to use the searzall and I show the best way I sear my steaks. I hope you enjoy this video.
