Customer Spent $1000...Now Runs WORSE?? (Sad Sonic - Part 2 - P0420)

This Sonic is breaking faster than I can fix it!! After diagnosing the low power complaint due to the P0016 timing code, a P0420 set after a test drive...and apparently there is a MASSIVE COOLANT LEAK!! Let s keep forging ahead and see if we can return this Sonic to a reliable state....at least temporarily.
