According to the United States Air Force Academy, Mitchell Hall is one of the world s largest and most advanced dining facilities, capable of feeding 4,000 cadets in under 30 minutes and preparing 10,000 meals each day. Three days a week, cadets muster outside of the facility in formation and march in to eat a family-style lunch.
