Jamilkucing Kitchen Fish Soup

INGREDIENTS: 2-3 pieces of red fish filling 1-2 shallots - sliced or mashed 2-3 cloves of garlic - sliced or mashed Adequate ginger – sliced or mashed 1 tablespoon soup spice 1 stick of lemongrass - point Coriander root 1 bag bunjut soup Sufficient water Salt to taste Tomatoes Celery stalks Soup leaves/coriander leaves/scallions 1 tablespoon olive oil/cooking oil COOKING METHOD: 1. Heat the oil and fry shallots, garlic, and ginger until brown. 2. Then add the soup s spices. Saute for a while. 3. Add lemongrass, coriander root, and also bunjut soup. Add enough water. 4. When the water boils, add the fish. 5. When the fish is almost cooked, add salt to taste. 6. Also add tomatoes and celery sticks. Cook for a while. 7. Sprinkle soup leaves, coriander leaves or spring onions according to taste. Ready to be served. NOTE: If you like, you can add tamarind or lemon tamarind.
