No feet yoga is a feet-free vinyasa practice that is perfect for anyone with a foot or ankle injury. This class will challenge your whole body without putting any weight or pressure on your feet so you can practice safely while you recover. If you have sensitive knees I recommend placing something like a blanket or a folded towel underneath so that the knees are cushioned.
