Today we are targeting the biceps, triceps and shoulders with this arm toning workout. Using dumbbells only for resistance we will work on building strength and creating lean, toned arms by performing a series of bicep, tricep and shoulder exercises. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to complete each rep with proper form.
