Chrysler: LIGHTING PROBLEMS (Dodge Caliber)

This 2010 Dodge Caliber has some MAJOR lighting problems: Lots of lights do not work: R low beam, L high beam, RF turn signal, LR turn signal, license plate lights... Oh and also the rear wiper doesn t turn on!! Is there a common cause to all of these problems? And what is the most cost-effective solution?
