In May we went to Samara, Costa Rica to shoot some more content, disconnect from our usually overwhelming concrete city of Toronto Canada, and reconnect to the planet while being with each other. We met some great people, ate tons of healthy & amazing vegan food, and played with lots of dogs. And horses. And pigs. And Monkeys. ♥ Our favourite part about filming our videos, and creating the rest of our youtube channel are the adventures we share that come along with it. Soak TVP in hot water (2-3 min) 2. fry TVP in olive oil with onion 3. add crumbled tofu 4. dice tomatoes and add in with mixture 5. add cayenne and cumin Side vegan Guacamole: 1. mash avocado 2. add splash of almond milk & lime 3. mix well Great things to add to tacos: Refried beans Vegan cheese (Great brands are Daiya, Yves) diced tomatoes and lettuce Voila!
