Today, we are going to be doing a restorative yoga sequence. This is going to calm and nourish your entire nervous system. If you own a yoga bolster that would be great you could pull that out as well as any yoga props you have like blocks or straps you do not need anything special to do this restorative yoga routine.. You could just use any ordinary pillows from your bed wrap them in a blanket like a makeshift bolster. It s all just about being comfortable.
