Seated Deep Stretch Yoga Class | 30 Minute Relaxing Practice For Everyone
This gentle, relaxing yoga sequence is designed to give you a deep full body stretch and help improve your flexibility. 🙌 All stretches are done on the ground - there are no downward dogs, planks, chaturangas, or upward dogs. Optional props are 1 bolster (or pillow) and 2 blocks. Each stretch will be held for multiple breaths. Enjoy a nice long savasana at the end. I hope this class leaves you feeling relaxed and at peace. Thanks so much for getting on the mat with me! Much love, Jess * Please, like, share and subscribe to my channel.
