WILLIAM BONAC I 5 TIPS TO GAIN MASS QUICKER
Hey Youtube Family, The new video from my TOP 5 TIPS series is here! So many of you asked me to do some videos regarding training that I had to address it! Now this one goes back to the basics and we look through how to gain mass quicker. You know I am an old fashioned guy, I like the old way of bodybuilding, so we tak about the roots. 1. Use weight gainers - seems obvious but very important! 2. Fewer reps - max weights 3. Add an extra meal in your day 4. Drink casein at night 5. Drink your shake AFTER your meals No surprises, you need to eat and eat if you want those massive gains. So brace yourselves, food is coming!
