This is an intermediate to advanced power yoga flow class. This full body vinyasa yoga sequence is designed to help you build strength and flexibility though your yoga practice. By using detailed instruction to help produce a well aligned flow, the class has a meditative quality that will help to keep you injury free and help you to understand if you are doing the yoga poses well to get the maximum benefit. The Flow is based on a blend of the Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga schools, along with principles form power yoga, and Vinyasa.
