Prepare the dough by adding salt to wheat flour, then mixing it with chicken eggs. Knead the dough and cut it into small short strings. Add the noodles to the soup pot and cook for 7 mins.īģŋ đĩđ° DRIED APRICOT DAWDO SOUP: Add dried apricots to hot water and grounded dough. Cook for 15 minutes. đĩđ° GUR-E-GIALING: Make the batter with flour, eggs, water, and apricot oil. Add local butter to the hot pan, and use a piece of dough to spread it all over the pan. Apply olive oil before steaming. īģŋ đĩđ°CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP: Add olive oil in the pot placed on the stove. Add some chopped onions, ground ginger and garlic. Add minced chicken, ginger, salt, one litre of water, green onions and coriander in the pot. On the other side, roll the wheat flour to make noodles.
