It;s no secret that Federer has arguably one of the best forehands ever so it’s definitely a good one to model. If you break down Roger Federer s forehand, you’ll notice he exaggerates one aspect during his beautiful swing. It’s what I like to call "Keeping Your Head At Contact." This means that Federer stares at contact point long after the ball is gone. Looking at Federer s forehand in slow motion, it’s amazing how long his eyes stay focused on the contact point after the ball has left the strings. I don’t know if this “Federer” forehand lesson was taught to him when he was younger or if he naturally does just picked it up himself.
