You made it to Day 2 of your 12 Day Booty Lift Challenge. I hope your booty is on fire from yesterdays workout. For todays workout you will need lift weights (between 2- 5kg). If you don t have weights, don t worry, you can use water bottles like I have as I am currently on holiday in Thailand. You will also need a resistance band. Todays 15 min workout is focusing on the hamstrings and booty, plus a touch of fat burning.
