Spicy Marinated Chicken Thighsย recipe ๐Ÿ”ฅ Looks good and tastes even better.ย ย ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ˜ Be sure to tag me if you try this one!ย ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ Ingredients 1.5 lbs of @pasturebird chicken thighs 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp paprika 1/2 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp basil 1/4 cup parsley chopped Directions Preheat your grill to 350ยฐ. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the chicken with all of the ingredients. Place into a cast iron skillet and put it on the grill. Cook for 12-14 minutes on each side, flipping halfway through. Pull from the grill when the chicken has a slight char on the outside and garnish with more chopped parsley. You can serve these with your favorite meal prep sides, like rice and asparagus or sweet potatoes and broccoli.
