Sambal Tumis Petai, cara mudah yg Che Nom gunakan setiap kali kalau nak masak. Tak perlu bnyk bahan….Cuma pastikan kita guna petai dan udang yg segar…dan sambal tumis dimasak lama supaya cili betul2 masak. Menu ni jangan dicuba kalau anda tgh berdiet…tak cukup sepinggan nasik. Bahan-bahan || Ingredients: Bahan-bahan kisar halus || Fine grind ingredients: 5-6 biji bawang merah kecil || 5-6 shallots 4-5 ulas bawang putih || 4-5 cloves garlic 1 1/2 biji bawang besar || 1 1/2 red onion 1 inci halia || 1 inch ginger 15-20 biji cili kering || 15-20 dried red chillis Bahan-bahan lain: 1/2 mangkuk minyak masak || 1/2 bowl cooking oil 1/2 biji bawang besar || 1/2 red onion 3-4 sudu besar air asam jawa || 3-4 tbsp tamarind juice 2 sudu besar sos tiram || 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1-2 sudu besar gula nisan/gula melaka || 1-2 tbsp palm sugar 400g udang || 400g prawns 1 mangkuk isi petai || 1 bowl bitter bean 1/2 biji bawang holland || 1/2 holland onion Instagram: http://bit.ly/CheNomInstagram Facebook: http://bit.ly/CheNomFacebook #resepimudah #lunch #chenomskitchen
