Breath and Drishti are key elements to help cultivate and inward and meditative quality in the practice. Until now I ve left out these key elements on purpose to help you with an outward focus in order to learn to align your body. Now we re going a layer deeper by adding these elements. It s kinda like learning tp pat your head and rub your belly at the same time. Kinda tricky ; ) Today we re focused on the Drishti which helps to train proprioception so you can feel your body in space. Let s see how it goes. Let me know in the comments section.
