It s a tough, SWEATY 30 minutes, but I promise that you ll feel the burn! Burn calories AND build lean muscle with this 30 minute workout video! It s a full body workout with dumbbells that combines powerful strength training exercises with sweaty HIIT bursts. Here s my workout playlist: https://spoti.fi/32fRMuK ➤ EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Pair of Dumbbells {8-15 lbs} ➤ INSTRUCTIONS: Follow along with the 30 minute workout video in this post. It s a full body dumbbell workout at home that combines 7 strength training and HIIT exercises in one sweaty workout. I ll coach you through seven resistance training exercises inspired by the daily functional strength movements of beef farmers. The workout is a stack-on pyramid workout. That means you ll perform each exercise for 30 seconds, adding on moves as you climb up the pyramid. So it will look like this: Set 1: Perform Move 1 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest Set 2: Perform Move 1 for 30 seconds + Move 2 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest Set 3: Perform Move 1 for 30 seconds + Move 2 for 30 seconds + Move 3 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest You ll continue this format until you complete moves 1 through 7. Then you ll go back down the pyramid in reverse order, dropping off Move 1, then Move 2, then Move 3 and so on! Again, you can simply follow along with the full length, 30-minute full body workout with dumbbells at the top of this post. I ll coach you through each exercise and timed interval as we go. 1.
