LION'S MANE MUSHROOM RECIPE 8 ounces lion’s mane mushrooms 1-2 tablespoons butter or extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons soy sauce Sea salt and black pepper to taste Cut off the bottoms of the mushrooms, then slice them into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces. In a dry, medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook the mushrooms for a couple of minutes on each side. The excess water will evaporate and mushrooms will reduce in size a bit. Add the butter and cook until browned, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook the mushrooms for another 2 minutes or until golden brown on each side. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Enjoy!
