Ok ok so who s in for a 50 Day Abs Challenge. I know 50 Days sounds like forever, butttt this core workout is just 5 MINUTES LONG! Say what? Everyone has a spare 5 minutes to fit in a workout. Plus this workout can literally be done anywhere. All you need to grab is a pillow. Please don t forget that everyones anatomy is different and to achieve visible Abs is different for every person. You have to consider nutrition (I have so many free healthy recipes here www.leanwithlilly.com) Decreasing your body fat percentage. I recommend coupling this workout with some of my HIIT and Resistance sessions (there are so many on here for you to choose from!)
