We cook our simple village food using 1000 eggs. We cook two simple egg recipes first one is Egg Podimas which looks like Egg Fry and another one is Egg Thokku similarly Egg Gravy. Egg podimas recipe is very famous in Pudukkottai and also egg thokku is also famous in our village.
