Sunex 7793B $579.99 Link to tool: http://www.jbtoolsales.com/sunex-7793b-1000-lb-1-2-ton-telescopic-transmission-jack#oid=1002_1 When replacing the transmission on the 1998 Chrysler Town & Country, I needed a transmission jack to do the job. I reached out to Sunex and they provided me with this 7793C 1/2 ton unit. I ve used my share of transmission jacks and this one was by far the most stable. It made light work of this Chrysler transmission. I have every reason to believe it would work just as well on a much heavier transmission. I m sure you ve noted that I reviewed the 7793C but listed the 7793B in the description here. It seems one model as replaced the other, or they re interchangeable. I think the only difference is the name. Lastly you might check out the rest of the tools available from Sunex. I ve been using their impact sockets for years and never had any issues.
