How does a modded 1.8 compare to the brand new Passat GT? Or a used Camry? The VW Passat R Line mostly consists of an appearance package laid upon the stock VW Passat. A dab of cool moving among the commuting crowd. It came with a 1.8-liter turbo 4 cylinder producing 170HP and 184 ft-lbs of torque, number that we - incredibly- seem small for a turbo engine.
