Muscle that will be targeted: Biceps, Triceps, Chest, Shoulder, Back and Core.🔥 Here s a little advice for you: I am using 5 kg each dumbbell. Please make sure to choose your weight wisely. You should be able to do Jumping Jacks with both weights and some close front push presses (or you drop one dumbbell - those two exercises are a good guide value).
