In this yoga class, we focus on strengthening and lengthening the hamstrings so that you can increase your flexibility safely. We begin by building heat in our legs, hips, and spine. Then we get into a low lunge with dynamic stretching back into runner s stretch... a KILLER hamstring stretch! Next, we move into a standing intense hamstring stretch before finishing in a wide-legged forward fold.
