By incorporating this daily meditation and pranayama practice into my life, I have been able to keep a clear and focused mind and release stress more easily. So I m excited to share it with you to try at home. In this Kundalini video, we begin by tuning in with the traditional Kundalini mantra to help bring us into a space of awareness and presence. Tuning in can shift us out of a place of stress and get us in touch with that larger, deeper, and more universal aspect of who we are. Then we move into a Kundalini kriya, which is a breathing technique with a mudra to support the breath. There is an option for breath retention between the breaths, which is an ancient yogic practice that has incredible healing and rejuvenating effects on the body.
