Listen and meditate if you don’t want to sing along! This mantra works with four primal sounds: SA, TA, NA, MA. This chant symbolizes the cycle of creation! Pro tip: Kirtan Kriya is also incredible for focus, healing from trauma, and soothing anxious brains. Have compassion for yourself. Breathe deeply and go slowly. The SA TA NA MA mantra is the perfect antidote for tension because it connects us to the cycles of life and creation. YOU, beautiful human, are part of a moving, breathing, evolving universe.
