We ve got your classic steak with a hack to make it fast and we ve got another local favorite of ours (as we grew up in Philly) the buffalo chicken cheesesteak. For all recipes, videos and social media links head over to brothersgreen.com Quick Cheese Steak Traditional (Josh) Ingredients 1⁄4 white onion, sliced 6 white mushrooms, sliced deli roast beef ketchup dash salt 1 hero roll Saute mushrooms and onions. Saute the roast beef. Add all to hero and zip with ketchup. Quick Cheese Steak Buffalo (Mike) Ingredients buffalo sauce deli sliced chicken breast 6 white mushrooms, sliced 1⁄4 white onion, sliced 1 hero roll ranch: 1⁄4 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon buttermilk 1 teaspoon dill 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder Saute mushrooms and onions. Saute sliced chicken. Add all to hero and zip with ranch.
