Ready for the CRUSHER? (Ram Hemi Misfire @300k miles)

Last stop before the main attraction (Staten Island!): a 2005 Ram 2500 with the legendary Hemi V8! At 300k miles, this truck looks just about ready to limp to the junkyard. Mostly EVERYTHING is broken! Main issue is a loud tapping under the hood and a dead cylinder. Let s at least diagnose the misfire before telling the owner that it s game over for this Dodge.
