The boat picked us up at Qaarsut and took us to one of the peninsulas in the end of Uummannaq fjord, 600 km north of the Arctic Circle. It took us 15 days days to get to Ikerasak and another two weeks from the north shore of Nugssuaq Peninsula to Disko Bay.
