Join me for a full-body yoga workout. This dynamic class is short but sweet and will work your whole body to stretch, strengthen and help with weight loss. If you are looking to move your body in a way that feels more nurturing but still get the benefits of going to the gym then this class is perfect for you. This faster-paced yoga class focuses on core and upper body strength as well as standing balances to strengthen the legs and challenge your coordination. It s only 20 minutes and you don t need any equipment so it s easy to fit into a busy schedule to help you make movement a priority. Although I don t believe people should practice with the intention of losing weight I do think that moving in a way that feels enjoyable, and less like a chore is key if you want to move more to manage your weight. I hope this class can help you enjoy moving your body in a way that feels good instead of like a punishment because movement should be enjoyable.
