Welcome to this 20 min rhythmic yoga flow a full body practice to move, groove and stretch. Today’s class is great for boosting your mood, increasing body awareness, strengthening, stretching and learning how to synchronise movements with your breath. This flow is great for building strength through repetitive movements and boosting your confidence on the mat as you get more familiar with each sequence. You will work your whole body with a combination of strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility. Today’s class includes lots of rhythmic movements that feel like a dance between your body and the mat as well as a chilled playlist to help you get in the zone and focus on your movements. In first 5 minutes we start slowly warming up the body, mobilising, releasing tension and finding our flow. Then start moving dynamically building heat and finding our rhythm.
