Sure homemade Beef Stroganoff is delicious, but so are handcrafted Soup Dumplings! You see where I’m going with this right? I give you the FIRST EVER Beef Stroganoff Soup Dumpling, made by yours truly (papa). Or well.. I assume it’s the first. Why do this you ask? I was challenged by the US Navy - as part of their series #SailorVS - to put a unique spin on one of their staple dishes they serve on the regular.
