Here s another one from the basics series. Many times when confronted with a no start or performance problem you need to check fuel pressure. This is a helpful guide on how to go about that process. Many times a fuel pressure gauge can be rented from your local auto parts store or tool rental outlet. If you went to purchase a gauge they vary in price greatly. The biggest concern is the adapters used to tie into the different fuel systems you ll encounter. Outside of that the simple tests shown in this video can help walk you through how to check and interpret fuel pressure readings. Camera: Brian Kast Tools.
