Karachi is a foodie’s paradise! In this video, we will be showing you some of the most amazing Pakistani street food eats near Burns Road Food Street. Burns Road is one of the oldest and largest food streets in the country and has a vibrant street food scene, especially at night. You are not going to want to miss this episode! We started our night market street food tour at Waheed Kabab House for their famous kababs. We ordered their fry kabab, which is minced beef that has been grilled, then crumbled and fried in butter. We also ordered their dhaga kabab, which is minced beef that is held tightly together by string, and is grilled over charcoal. We enjoyed these delicious kababs with puri paratha. Our next street food stop was at Agha Sajji Corner. Sajji served at this street food stall is like a Pakistani rotisserie, consisting of full chickens that are skewered around fire. The unique set up is intriguing enough. The dish is traditionally made with whole lamb, but the street food version uses chicken. When the chicken is cooked, it is covered in masala and served with rumali roti and raita. Continuing our street food tour, we visited Kaiser Restaurant to try the legendary goat leg. The goat leg is first marinated with a blend of Pakistani spices. Then, the goat leg is char-grilled until tender and juicy. You are seated properly on the street and served your goat leg, with naan and raita. Make sure to bring your friends to share this incredible goat leg, it is absolutely massive and delicious. For our final food stop, it was time for dessert! We visited Delhi Rabbri House, which has been in operation since 1964. We wanted to try their rabri and gulab jamun to wrap up our day of eating. The rabri is made with fresh whole milk, and is perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth. And even sweeter is the gulab jamun, which is completely over-saturated with sugar syrup that bursts in your mouth when you take a bite.
